Sam is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry. He is currently CEO of Knight Management Group, a management consulting holding company. KMG portfolio companies include LaborNow of America, a US-based light industrial staffing company; Amplify Resources Group, a global technology advisory focused on technology innovation; Talenta Group, a professional and direct-hire recruiting firm specializing in engineering, technology, AI-driven roles, and specialized business functions; and Trinity Risk Management. His previous executive positions include Principal of Trinity Risk Management and serving as a consultant for several funding companies. Before founding Trinity, Sam spent nine years at Madison Corporation, where he served in various management positions across sales, consulting, and alliance development. Sam earned his BS and MBA in finance from Bentley University.
